Ask your ERP
A salesperson asks whether an item will be in stock in three months: Glove checks the stock, the supplier orders and the pace of sales, then answers with the figures.
Glove connects your tools and your knowledge to AI agents that understand your processes and work alongside your teams.
Plugged into the software you already use, keeping your data confidential
A salesperson asks whether an item will be in stock in three months: Glove checks the stock, the supplier orders and the pace of sales, then answers with the figures.
Sales by product line, margin by client, this year against last: ask in plain words, and Glove queries the ERP and lays out the table. No SQL, no Excel export, and every Monday if you like.
Every morning, an agent goes through the ERP: late deliveries, coming shortages, shrinking margins. It alerts the right person and prepares the next step, for approval.
From the CRM and the latest emails, a brief ready before the call: context, history, points to raise.
Wholesale, manufacturing, transport, construction, firms… Each page shows the tasks Glove takes on in your trade, with the volumes and hours at stake.
Orders, prices, quotes: the morning’s flow entered in your ERP.
Quoting, orders, supply: your ERP kept up to date.
Orders, consignment notes, claims: from request to invoice.
Tenders, quotes, progress invoices: the office keeps pace with the site.
Documents, payroll, reviews: less chasing, more advice.
Restocking, product pages, customer service: online and in store.
Building and rental management: every request handled, every meeting prepared.
Claims, renewals, compliance: the firm can breathe.
It helps each person search, analyse, draft and get their tasks done, with the documents and tools they already have access to.
They take on whole tasks, each with its own knowledge, tools and permissions. What is an AI agent?
You start the task from the chat, with a single message.
Every morning, every Monday, at each month’s end.
An email arrives, a file is dropped, a message is posted in Slack or Teams.
Glove plugs into the environment you already have. Nothing to migrate, nothing to relearn.
Contracts, procedures, product sheets: Glove uses them and never modifies them.
ERP, accounting, CRM, banking… including software on the office server.
Each team keeps its methods, its approvals and its vocabulary.
Chat, email, Microsoft Teams or Slack: where your teams already work.
An agent never sees more than the person it works for, and nothing important leaves without your approval.
For every user and every agent: which data, which software, read-only or read and write.
An email, an order, a ledger entry: whatever needs it waits for your approval, exactly as it will be sent.
Every action, every exchange between agents and every approval is logged and can be reviewed.
Hosted in a European cloud or on your own servers, offline included.
Glove brings together the leading models on the market. You pick the right capabilities for each use, without losing your knowledge or your agents.
Data entry, reminders, documents, reporting: agents take on the recurring work, on a schedule or when something happens.
Each agent has its role and its tools. They hand work to one another to carry a process from team to team.
They spot situations that call for action, then act within their limits or bring in a colleague.
The sales agent spots a rise in orders and asks the stock agent to check availability. The stock agent finds a stock-out risk and passes the need to the purchasing agent, which prepares a supplier order for a manager to approve.
A typical assistant answers your questions. Glove also acts: its agents work inside your software, coordinate with one another and start on their own, on a schedule or when something happens. All within the access and approvals you have set.
Keep them: Glove plugs into Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams without asking you to leave them. The difference lies elsewhere. Its agents work inside your business software, Sage, EBP, Cegid or Odoo, for which neither Copilot nor ChatGPT offers a connector. Glove is hosted in Europe or on your premises, and the “Data in Europe only” setting blocks any provider outside Europe when you turn it on. And our team stays with you until the agents are in service, for a price per person with AI usage included.
You decide what it does alone. Glove reads and prepares on its own, but every action that writes to your software, sends an email or places an order follows the mode you gave it: automatic, or subject to approval. Whatever leaves the company or can’t be undone waits for your approval by default: you see exactly what will go out, then approve, edit or refuse it. Your organization can allow automatic execution for some of these actions. Every step is logged.
Glove connects to the software SMEs commonly use (Sage, EBP, Cegid, Dolibarr, Pennylane, Qonto, Sellsy, Axonaut, Odoo), to your email and to your documents, including software installed on a server in your offices. For a more specific tool, we work out together how to connect it.
A request to an AI model uses a few tenths of a watt-hour, a few seconds of television according to Google. The Glove application is hosted in Belgium, in a region where 79% of the electricity is carbon-free, its models run in the European Union, and Glove uses a frugal model by default. The figures and studies are on our environmental impact page.
Glove is hosted in a European cloud, or on your own servers. Your documents only go to a third party if you decided they should, and an agent never sees more than the person it works for. Your data is never used to train models.
Yes. An admin exports the organization’s data whenever they like. Glove works inside your software without migrating anything: it stays yours, as it was. Your employees’ personal items, such as their private conversations, are not part of the export. A deleted organization can be restored for 30 days, then it is erased.
It takes less than 15 minutes to sign up and connect your first tools. After that, Glove is designed to be intuitive, so everyone on your teams picks it up naturally. The first use case runs in under an hour.
Our own team, the people who build Glove, with no outsourced call centre. Write to [email protected] or call +33 2 55 99 72 53, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 8 pm (Paris time): we answer within one business day. During the rollout, you have a named contact. If we need to look at your data to help you, we ask for your consent first, for a limited time, and the access is logged.
They stay in charge of your IT, and we work with them. We need them for a few accesses: Microsoft 365 admin consent, access to your business software or your server. From the demo on, we give them the exact list of what to open. If they wish, they can also become a partner and offer Glove to their other clients.
We start with a review of your tools and processes, then set up a first use case, with you or with one of our partners. You then extend Glove, team by team.
No. You talk to Glove in plain language, and creating an agent comes down to describing its role, its tools and its rules. We help you set up the first ones.
Bring a real process from your company: we’ll show you how Glove takes care of it.
