Your data, your rules

Where your data lives, who can do what, what gets logged: the answers to the questions your IT lead, your DPO or your works council will ask before you hand a task to AI.

  • Hosted in Europe
  • Never used to train a model
  • Human approvals
  • Every action logged

Three ways to host Glove

The same Glove, the same guarantees. Only where it runs changes, depending on what your business really requires.

  • For most companies

    European cloud

    Included in every plan

Glove runs on our infrastructure, walled off for each organization.

    • Nothing to install, ready in minutes
    • Updates and backups handled by us
    • Optional: Europe-only data
  • Dedicated cloud

With the Enterprise plan, from 200 seats

An installation of Glove for you alone, in Europe, kept apart from our other customers’.

    • Hosted in Europe
    • Updates and backups handled by us
  • On your servers

With the Enterprise plan, from 200 seats

Glove installed at your premises, on hardware we provide or on your own servers, offline if needed.

    • Your documents and the AI stay with you
    • No inbound port to open
    • For the strictest obligations

Do you really need Glove on your premises?

Behind a request for an on-premise install there is often a simpler need. Three questions are enough to find the right answer.

  1. Your software runs on a server in your office?

A local connector is enough. Installed on your server, it connects out to Glove itself: no inbound port to open on your firewall; everything else runs in the European cloud.

  2. You don’t want personal data going to an AI provider?

Anonymous mode replaces personal data before the model reads it, then restores it in the answer. If it can’t be applied, nothing is sent.

  3. A contract or the law forbids any data leaving?

Defence, professional secrecy, health data: here an install at your premises makes sense, offline if need be. We size it with you.

    On your servers

Your data stays yours

What we commit to, whichever hosting you choose.

  • Hosted in Europe

Our cloud is in Belgium: your documents and your conversations are stored there.

  • GDPR compliant

We process your content on your instructions only, under a data processing agreement. Our subprocessors, their countries and any transfers outside the European Union are listed in our privacy policy.

  • No training

Your content is never used to train AI models, nor for our own purposes. Your documents only go to a third party if you decided so.

  • Encrypted

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the credentials to your software are stored encrypted.

You set the rules, Glove works within them

An agent never sees more than the person it works for, and nothing important leaves without your approval.

Defined access

For every user and every agent: which data, which software, read-only or read and write.

Human approval

An email, an order, a ledger entry: whatever needs it waits for your approval, exactly as it will be sent.

A complete history

Every action, every exchange between agents and every approval is logged and can be reviewed.

Everyone has their access, every agent has its own

You decide who sees what, and agents follow the same rules: they work with the rights of the person who calls on them, never more.

  • Simple roles

Admin or member, for the organization and for each team. Custom roles if you need them.

  • Never more than the person

An agent is bound twice: by the rights of the person it works for, and by its own capabilities. Both are checked before every step.

  • Everyone’s own account

By default, a shared agent signs in to your software with the account of the person talking to it, never a colleague’s.

  • Capabilities in plain words

“This agent can: read your files, search the web…” A new agent only reads; each piece of software is added read-only, or read and write.

Automatic or with approval: your choice

For every action an agent can take in your software, you decide whether it acts alone or waits for your approval.

It acts alone

  • Reading your documents and your software, always
  • Consulting another agent
  • The internal actions you leave on automatic, such as creating a document in your files

It waits for your approval

  • An email to a customer or a supplier
  • An order, an accounting entry
  • Anything that leaves the company or can’t be undone: on approval, unless your organization allows otherwise

You see exactly what will be sent, in the conversation or in “To approve”. You approve, edit or refuse: the request waits for you, with no time limit.

Everything is traced, nobody is monitored

You know who did what, when and with which agent, without Glove becoming a tool to monitor your staff.

What is logged

  • Every step of an agent: tools used, agents consulted, approvals, cost
  • Every write by an agent in your software
  • Administration: members, roles, settings, deletions
  • Every access by our support, with your consent, read-only and for a limited time

Never in the audit log

  • The content of conversations
  • What anyone searches for or reads
  • A person’s memory: it belongs to them alone, admins included
